We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Agribusiness Development Professional.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across the agribusiness category, including business development, sales, farm management, and advisory services.
* You will advance your technical knowledge by working closely with our commercial teams, gaining skills and confidence to develop our business through new sales and innovation.
* You will develop areas ranging from on-farm nutritional consultancy, technical advisory, and project management.
* You will work on aspects of our retail operations and management, customer service, people management, category management, and logistics.
Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
* Sales and Customer Service: Build relationships with customers and develop sales plans to meet targets.
* Farm Management and Advisory: Provide expert advice to farmers on agricultural practices and develop business plans to improve their efficiency and productivity.
