Job Title: Global Digital Enablement Specialist
Location: Ballineen, Co. Cork (hybrid)
Reporting To: Global Automation Lead
Your Role in Carbery's Success
In this role you will drive digital adoption across the organisation by empowering employees to make full use of our core platforms, especially Office365. You will deliver clear, practical training - both in person and online - and help teams translate digital tools into improved productivity and streamlined workflows. Beyond technical expertise, you will bring a proactive, change‑focused mindset, confidently engaging stakeholders and promoting a culture of digital literacy. You will also assess and introduce emerging technologies and other automation solutions, to enhance how we work and support the organisation's ongoing digital evolution.
How You Will Contribute:
As a Global Digital Enablement Specialist, you will:
* Deliver engaging training and workshops to upskill staff in existing and emerging technologies, with a focus on Office365 and AI-enabled tools.
* Actively research, evaluate, and introduce new digital solutions, especially those leveraging AI, to drive efficiency and business transformation.
* Develop clear, user-friendly guides and resources to support staff at all levels.
* Collaborate with IT, HR, and the Automation Lead to integrate new technologies and support change management initiatives.
* Provide high-quality support and troubleshooting, always seeking ways to improve user experience.
* Monitor and report on technology adoption and effectiveness, recommending improvements and new solutions.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, communicating clearly with stakeholders.

* Proven ability to adapt quickly in a fast-evolving digital landscape.
