Our client, a leading law firm based in the city centre, is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team on a 12-monthfixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities Provide HR support and business partner for several legal and business services departments across the firm Manage a variety of day-to-day HR operational activities Supporting and coaching people managers on a range of HR matters in compliance with relevant HR policies Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners across all departments Work collaboratively with the HR operations team in a proactive manner to deliver innovative, practical and strategic solutions in areas such as employee engagement and change management Work closely with the Senior HR Manager and the HR Director on projects Ideal candidate 5+ years experience in professional services.
Strong background in employee relations and operational HR delivery.
Proven track record of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
Proactive, solution-focused approach, with the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment.
Excellent communication, IT, and analytical skills, with experience in HR reporting.
High levels of confidentiality, discretion, and judgement when managing complex matters.
Hybrid Model Skills: 5+ years experience Employee Relations experience in HR reporting.
