At Career Vision Recruiters we are looking to speak to all experienced Chef De Partie a boutique hotel in Co. Kildare. This position will provide opportunities to work alongside some very talented chefs and will offer excellent career progression and development. Responsibilities
* Carry out meal preparation as instructed by the Head Chef.
* Take direction from department managers and assist in the monitoring of food quality and hygiene standards.
* Maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage/spoilage.
* Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
* Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards.
* A passion for food, creativity and flair; individuality is welcomed.
* A positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high quality food.
Requirements
* Previous experience working in a similar role.
* Knowledge of food safety handling.
* Ability to focus attention on details.
* Eligible to work full time in Ireland.
* Be willing to learn and develop themselves.
