We're looking for a creative, energetic, and entrepreneurial Field Sales Representative who shares our love for açaí, healthy living, and small business growth. If you enjoy connecting with people, creating engaging content, and helping local businesses thrive, this role is for you.
The Role
You'll be the face of Mobia across Dublin and the Leinster region, driving growth through new customer acquisition, relationship building, and authentic storytelling. This role blends sales, marketing, and content creation — ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field as much as behind the camera.
You will:
* Generate and convert new leads through outreach, networking, and cold calling.
* Build and manage relationships with cafés, restaurants, gyms, and retailers.
* Capture stories, photos, and videos from the field for social media.
* Upsell existing customers on Mobia's core product lines and reactivate lapsed ones.
* Maintain CRM accuracy and report weekly on activity.
* Share field insights to help shape Mobia's marketing and product strategy.
Day-to-Day
* 3 days per week: Field visits, sampling, and new customer generation.
* 1 day per week: Pipeline management, follow-ups, and account development.
* 1 day per week: Social media content creation in the field — filming customer stories, installations, and behind-the-scenes activity.
* Submit mileage and expenses weekly (all reimbursed).

What We're Looking For
* Genuine passion for açaí, healthy food, and supporting small businesses.
* Strong interest in social media, storytelling, and content creation.
* Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in food, beverage, or hospitality.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Confident, proactive, and results-driven personality.
* Comfortable using CRM and Google Workspace tools.
* Full driving licence and own car (expenses reimbursed).
