Deputy General Manager Role
This position is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding hospitality company as a Deputy General Manager. As part of the senior management team, you will play a key role in implementing strategies and plans, controlling hotel operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
1. You will work closely with the General Manager and Senior Management Team to develop and implement policies, strategies, and plans that drive business growth.

* To control & plan performance against targets by regular use of Hotel Property Management Information System&& personal monitoring of individual department performances.
3. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of hotel operations including front office functions such as reception desk services bookings cashiering telecom biling.
