We are now looking for a
Junior Sales Specialist
to join our expanding sales function, supporting different product verticals within the Financial Services ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
* Develop a strong understanding of sales trends and developments within the Financial Services and Payments industry.
* Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Present, promote, and sell products and services using structured and persuasive sales approaches.
* Actively reach out to customer leads through various channels.
* Manage and resolve client queries and issues to maximise satisfaction.
* Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within set timelines.
* Coordinate sales activities with internal teams and relevant departments.
* Provide regular reports on customer needs, market feedback, competitive activity, and sales performance.
* Support the preparation of sales materials and PowerPoint presentations.
* Organise and schedule meetings in line with business priorities.
Team & Product Focus:
Depending on business needs, the role may support different sales teams, with a focus on one of the following areas:
* Selling multiple payment solutions, including at least five different payment methods (e.g. cards, local payment methods, alternative payments, digital wallets, etc.), or
* Selling credit card products, with the ability to manage and close sales for a minimum of five card-based solutions
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
* Experience or strong interest in Finance, Fintech, or Payment industries.
* Understanding of sales processes and customer acquisition fundamentals.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong time management and organisational abilities.
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams.
