The Position Is an Excellent Opportunity to Progress Your Career in Lettings and Property Management. The Successful Applicant Will Work on A Large Residential Portfolio (NO Block Management). After an Initial Induction Period, The Lettings and Property Manager Will Be Responsible for The Day to Day Letting, Management and Administration of a Number of Residential Investment Properties on Behalf of the Landlord(S).
This Is A Full-Time Role Based in Our Lettings and Property Management Office in Clonmel Co Tipperary working as part of a small experienced team.
This Is an Office Based Role with Some Travel to And from Properties for Viewings and Inspections.
Your New Role Includes the Following but Is Not Limited To:
* Liaising with Owners/Landlords and prospective Tenants Daily
* Conducting Property Viewings ensuring excellent Tenant selection and property presentation.
* Keeping voids to a minimum
* Handling Owner and Tenant Queries Promptly
* Advising Clients of Statutory Obligations
* Assisting and conducting Property Inspection and Reports when required
* Assisting in Dealing with Day to Day General Maintenance Issues when required.
* Hands on Role Assisting the Team where necessary on a Daily Basis.
* Driving and Growing the Property Portfolio in our Clonmel Office.
Requirements
* Experience in Residential Lettings and Property Management Preferred.
* A Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant Law Including RTB, Rent Increases Notice Periods Etc
* A Full Clean Valid Driver's License
* Use of Common Computer Programs Such as Outlook, Word, Excel Etc
* Must-Have Strong Customer Focus and Professional Management Style
* Must Be Self Motivated and Able to Motivate Others
* Excellent Problem Solving and Time Management Skills
* Must Be Enthusiastic, Honest, Sincere and Have Integrity
* Possess Excellent Interpersonal Skills and A Professional Demeaner
* An Excellent Telephone Manner
* Driven and Eager to Learn
* Strong Multi-Tasker
* Team Player
Payment package depending on experience. (PSRA License Required)
