Operational Manager
Key Responsibilities Include Production planning from intake of carcasses to dispatch of product, ensuring efficient stock management and ordering of all materials.
* Maintaining the value of our product through effective production planning.
* Collaborating with Sales and Purchasing teams to plan production and staff requirements.
* Recruiting and training a skilled workforce to meet operational demands.
* Ensuring compliance with HACCP, BRC Grade A and Bord Bia Quality Assurance standards.
* Overseeing equipment maintenance for optimal performance.
* Improving operational systems and processes to increase efficiency and quality.
Addressing any issues between the office and the production floor. Working closely with customer production managers to identify opportunities to boost sales, enhance product offerings, and provide support to the team as needed.
