About the Client:
Our client, a leading global technology company, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Solution Specialist to oversee projects and deliver optimal business and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Solution Leaders, vendors, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
* Translate business needs into system/application requirements and functional designs.
* Manage requirements changes, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
* Lead analysis teams and guide solution design, including visualization and user experience.
* Develop and maintain relationships to manage scope, schedules, budgets, and expectations.
* Support proposals, feasibility studies, and new business development activities.
* Apply industry and technical expertise to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Required Experience & Skills:
* 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Specialist.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Experience with user experience design, portals, web services, and mobile solutions.
* Knowledge of financial services regulations (KYC, AML, Regulatory Reporting).
* Strong skills in requirements elicitation, business process modeling, risk management, and change management.
* Data analysis skills, including working knowledge of SQL.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
* Flexible, proactive, and collaborative with a positive attitude.
