We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Adult Primary Care Team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic, community-based service supporting adults with a wide range of physical, functional, and environmental needs.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Occupational Therapist:
* Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and evidence-based interventions to adult clients within the community.
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
* Support clients in developing and maintaining functional independence across daily living activities.
* Contribute to service improvement, clinical governance, and the development of best-practice standards.
* Supervise and support junior staff and students as required.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in case conferences and team meetings.
Requirements for the Senior Occupational Therapist:
* Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
* CORU registration.
* A minimum of three years' post-qualification experience, ideally with experience in primary care, adult disability, medical, or community settings.
* Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
* Experience providing supervision is an advantage.
