Position: Restaurant Supervisor
Location: Cork Airport
Salary: €35,000 per annum
The Noel Group is delighted to collaborate with a distinguished client in the hospitality sector recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor at Cork Airport.
This position offers a chance for a motivated hospitality professional to step into a supervisory role within a dynamic, high-volume setting.
The ideal candidate will manage the restaurant operations, maintain superior service standards, and coordinate the team effectively.
Our client is an established hospitality provider known for consistent quality and service excellence in high-traffic airport locations.
The Role
Facilitate the operational management of the restaurant during busy airport periods
Direct, inspire, and oversee front-of-house personnel to consistently deliver outstanding customer service
Ensure adherence to service protocols, sanitation requirements, and health & safety compliance
Contribute to staff development, induction procedures, and capability assessments
Track inventory levels and manage procurement and stock administration
Address guest concerns and grievances with professionalism and promptness
Partner with senior management to optimize operational performance and service delivery
Maintain seamless handovers between shifts and promote effective team communication
Shift Pattern
Week 1: 04:00 am – 12:30 pm
Week 2: 12:00 noon – 8:30 pm
5 days over 7 (including weekends)
Requirements to be Considered
Previous experience in the hospitality sector required
Proven background in a comparable position or demonstrated readiness to progress in their career
Excellent supervisory, interpersonal, and time-management abilities
Capability to perform effectively in a high-paced, demanding setting
Availability for early morning and evening shift schedules
Based in Ireland with authorisation to work in the Republic of Ireland
