Social Care Professional
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our reputable service supporting individuals with disabilities in residential settings.
A successful candidate will have:
* Minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or relevant area
* Clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
* Understanding and experience of risk assessments and safeguarding of young people in care
* Working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
* Working knowledge of Children's First guidelines and procedures
* Full Clean Manual Driving License
