The Opportunity
As International Tax Senior Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, leading tax advisory projects, and supporting the firm's continued growth in Ireland. You will advise multinational clients on tax structuring, compliance, and planning across multiple jurisdictions, while also helping to develop and mentor a growing team.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of international tax advisory and compliance services for a portfolio of multinational clients.
* Advise on cross-border structuring, planning, and domestic corporate tax issues.
* Build and manage strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Oversee and develop a high-performing team, ensuring technical excellence and career development.
* Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposals, networking, and thought leadership.
* Stay ahead of international tax developments, providing insights to clients and colleagues.
About You
* Professional qualification (ACA, CTA, CPA).
* Significant experience in Irish and international tax gained within Big 4, top-tier advisory, or a multinational environment.
* Strong technical knowledge of cross-border tax issues and international structuring.
* Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and client portfolios.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
