A Media Production Company based in Dublin 2 is seeking a full-time Accounts Manager to oversee the finance function across a group of related companies. The Accounts Manager will play a key role in the management and coordination of all internal financial operations, reporting directly to the COO and working closely with external Auditors and Accountants. Key Responsibilities Company Accounts Manage accounts payable and receivable Perform general ledger postings and updates Complete trial balance reconciliations (P&L and Balance Sheet) Conduct Revenue compliance checks as required Manage company credit cards, including analysis and posting Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow statements Prepare audit files and coordinate audit requirements Set up bank accounts and act as primary banking contact Manage vendor accounts and relationships Support company secretarial duties Maintain general financial filing systems Project Accounts Liaise with Production Accountants on active projects Work with internal production teams on initial project finance planning and cash flows Set up banking arrangements for new productions Oversee Designated Activity Company (DAC) reporting, payments, and compliance Schedule internal audits and coordinate with auditors and production accountants Assist with DAC governance and final compliance requirements Maintain project-related filing and documentation Candidate Requirements A strong interest in film and television (distinct advantage) Minimum 3 years relevant finance experience Excellent numeracy and strong attention to detail Highly organised, process-driven, and efficient Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and on own initiative Excellent IT proficiency Package Salary: €50,000€55,000 plus 25 days leave & bens Hours: 9:30am5:30pm, Monday to Friday Working Arrangement: Office-based role with flexibility A lovely opportunity with significant scope for growth, offering the right candidate the chance to expand and further develop the role as the company continues to grow.
