Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize production downtime across shifts.
* Maintain accurate maintenance and operational records in line with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
* Lead and support Continuous Improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and system efficiency.
* Manage and coach shift teams to meet key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Identify team development needs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of growth and accountability.
* Oversee training compliance to meet ISO standards and evolving operational demands.
* Ensure adherence to 6S standards, promoting a safe, efficient, and clean working environment.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation, problem-solving, and operational excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a degree or diploma in engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline, with minimum 2-3 years' experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or controls engineering systems is essential, along with proven leadership and coaching experience in fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environments.
