The Children and Young People's Service within Avista provide interdisciplinary team supports, residential, family support and education services to 0-18 year old Children and Young People with complex needs and their families. This post is being recruited for the Children's Disability Network Team: Blakestown. The successful candidate is required to work as part of an Interdisciplinary Team that provide services to 0-18 year old children and young persons with complex needs.
