A leading organisation in the financial services sector is seeking a Senior Low-Code Automation Specialist to design, build, and deploy production-grade business automation solutions.
This is a hands-on delivery role for someone with strong low-code platform skills and experience working closely with operations or business teams.
Job Responsibilities Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable low-code applications Design and implement robust automation solutions to streamline business operations Own full solution lifecycle from analysis and build through to testing, deployment, and maintenance Contribute to platform governance and champion best practices in automation delivery Work closely with IT and business units to integrate automations across existing processes Provide coaching and mentorship to junior automation specialists Experience Required Minimum 4 years experience in low-code solution development or process automation Proven track record delivering production-grade internal tooling or business applications Comfortable with hands-on delivery and stakeholder engagement Background in operations, business systems, or internal support functions Desirable Skills Experience with low-code platforms such as Power Platform, OutSystems, Appian, or Mendix Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism) or scripting tools used in automation Understanding of business process analysis or continuous improvement frameworks Previous exposure to financial services or regulated environments Educational Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or related discipline preferred Skills: blueprism power platform rpa
