Join our #MPeople team as a Guest Relations Supervisor, primarily overseeing the Woodland Suite Experience. Are you a storyteller, a connoisseur of comfort, and a curator of unforgettable moments?
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting guests and managing guest complaints
* Handling messages, mail, luggage, and deliveries
* Performing administrative duties and running errands
* Arranging transportation, excursions, tours, and activities
* Making reservations and obtaining tickets for events
* Providing information and recommendations on local attractions and amenities
* Managing guest requests for housekeeping and maintenance
* Developing a network of local contacts and service providers
* Supporting the team during periods of low demand for the Woodland Suite Experience
Requirements:
* Full, clean driver’s license
Preferred Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with warmth and enthusiasm
* Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
* Ability to build relationships with local businesses and attractions
* Storytelling skills about Cork’s history and hidden gems
* Discretion and professionalism in guest interactions
