Visual Merchandising Manager
Our client, a recognised and leading department store is seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join their iconic store in Dublin City.

As Visual Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the visual merchandising and creative strategy to ensure the store and departments are visually appealing and aligned with brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive visual merchandising strategies that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
2. Create visually compelling displays that enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.
3. Collaborate with the marketing and buying teams to ensure cohesive and effective product presentation.
4. Lead and manage the visual merchandising team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
5. Stay current with industry trends and competitor activity to continually innovate and improve visual merchandising efforts.
6. Oversee the installation of seasonal displays, window setups, and in-store promotions.
7. Ensure all visual merchandising standards are consistently met across all departments.
8. Analyze sales data to assess the impact of visual merchandising initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
9. Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize the impact of visual merchandising efforts.
Skills and experience required:
10. 3+ years of visual merchandising management experience
11. Qualification in Visual Merchandising is desirable
12. Strong leadership and team management skills
13. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
14. Strong attention to detail
Salary package:
15. 50-55K depending on experience
