Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of previous experience in a management or similar role. A strong outgoing and friendly personality, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in written and spoken English are essential. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, and work well under pressure is also required.
Responsibilities include:
* Training and development of staff
* Managing day-to-day operations
* Administration, cash controls, and implementation of HACCP training
* Roster and stock controls

Provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service to enhance the overall customer experience
Provide ongoing staff training and motivation, and develop the skills of restaurant employees
Supervise all service, presentation, and dining areas
