Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist
This role involves working with an experienced multidisciplinary team to provide occupational therapy services to children and families in the south Dublin region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and review of occupational therapy intervention programs.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively with other professionals. They will also possess a valid driving license and access to a car.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans for occupational therapy intervention.
* Implement and review occupational therapy programs to achieve optimal outcomes for children and their families.
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure integrated goal setting and support for children and their families.
* Document all assessments, intervention plans, progress notes, and reports in accordance with professional standards.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy Studies or equivalent qualification.
* Registered with CORU as an Occupational Therapist.
* Membership or eligibility for membership of the Irish Association of Occupational Therapists.
* Minimum of three years satisfactory post-qualification experience.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Full driver's license and access to a car.
