The Project Manager/Engineer shall be responsible for the day to day running of the site, working with the Supervisor and Contractors to providing support to final delivery of site project works.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work closely with clients, consultants and contractors to obtain specification requirements, and objectives to the delivery timeline as well has attend weekly meetings, take minutes and circulate.
· Undertaking site surveys of plant.
· Developing and drawing of new and existing plant where required (General arrangements and P&ID's).
· ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) – Training will be provided on this to support the project engineer team.
· Be proficient in creating 2D and 3D drawings using software/programs such as AutoCAD and Revit.
· Be proficient in creating and managing Gantt charts and project timelines using MS Project, P6 etc.
· Ensure that all plans and drawings are accurate, meeting industry standards and project requirements.
· Work closely with clients, consultants and contractors to obtain specification requirements, measure components as well as sites to include in drawings and reports/O&M Manuals.
· Travel to sites as and when required to fulfil job requirements.
· Collaborate with other team members to ensure the efficient completion of projects.
· Provide technical and administrative support to the project management office.
· Support Project Manager as required.
· Any other duties as determined reasonable by the Project Manager.

Desirable
· Member of association of engineering institution such as: IEI, IET and IMECHE.
· 1 years' experience in Fluid Dynamics relating to Pipework Design and Pump Selection.
· Knowledge of Refrigeration, HVAC and Heat Pumps.
· Be familiar with Programmable Logic Controller control and programming.
· 1 years' experience of compiling of Technical Submissions and Hand over Documentation.
· Have the experience and ability to run an installation site, with working Knowledge of Health & Safety and industrial good practices regarding mechanical and electrical installation.
