We are currently seeking a Learning Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams in the development of highly interactive learning content. Based in our Dublin office, the role requires creative collaboration with our graphic design, multimedia, instructional design, testing, and editorial teams, as well as managing external suppliers and engaging subject matter experts to deliver cutting-edge content for our customers around the world.
CORE DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
* Contributing to the project vision, objectives, activities, tasks, and outcomes.
* Interacting with clients daily, leveraging your expertise to understand client needs, assess feasibility and risks, and craft responses to project proposals.
* Overseeing multiple, complex projects simultaneously, maintaining meticulous project documentation and status reports.
* Employing advanced project management methodologies, ensuring seamless execution within set deadlines and budget constraints.
* Managing key financial aspects, providing transparent updates to clients on the financial status of projects with a goal to maximize project profitability.
* Proactively managing risks and navigating changes throughout the project cycle, demonstrating a strategic approach to ensure project success.
* Collaborating with management and contributing insights to business development, ensuring client relationships are fostered and addressing high-level business issues.
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
* Experience of working to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Organizational skills and experience of working with multi-disciplined and multi-location teams, running multiple projects simultaneously, and developing solutions for new business requirements.
* Ideally, 5 years of hands-on project management experience in the knowledge management, e-learning, or related industries.
* Demonstrated success in leading teams and projects to deliver high-quality, innovative e-learning solutions.
* Strong budgeting and scheduling skills.
* The ability to implement best practices and PM methodologies appropriate to the project’s scope.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Hands-on experience in digital video content development and production (ideal but not essential).
