Senior Engineering Leadership Role
This leadership position oversees the structural design team to ensure high-quality output and efficient project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with 7–10 years of experience in structural engineering design. They should be proficient in engineering design and drafting software, particularly with strong working knowledge of Robot, STAAD.Pro, QSE, or similar structural analysis tools.
* Manage and lead the structural design team, providing mentorship and guidance as needed.
* Oversee the preparation of structural engineering designs, calculations, drawings, and technical reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Conduct detailed design reviews, quality checks, and technical approvals to guarantee accurate and reliable results.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Civil, MEP, Architecture, and BIM to deliver comprehensive projects.
* Coordinate project timelines, resources, and priorities to meet deadlines and maximize efficiency.
* Represent the team in client meetings, technical discussions, and progress reviews, fostering effective communication.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives by adopting modern design tools and workflows, enhancing overall performance.
* Provide expert technical guidance and professional development support to engineers and designers.
