About the Role
As a Workday Integration Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in helping clients maximise the value of their Workday systems through seamless integrations with enterprise applications. You’ll work across HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance teams to design, build, and optimise integrations that truly embed Workday into the wider business ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
* Partner with clients and teams to understand requirements and design integration solutions.
* Configure Workday integration tools (Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Report Writer, Web Services).
* Implement data mappings, validations, and transformations for accurate and efficient flows.
* Lead testing phases: unit, integration, and UAT.
* Provide guidance on integration best practices, security, and data governance.
* Stay up to date on Workday releases and proactively suggest innovative improvements.
* Support downstream integrations to systems such as Payroll, Time & Attendance, or middleware (e.g. Mulesoft, ADP).
* Facilitate design sessions and advise on best practices at every project stage.
About You
* Background in Computer Science, IT, or similar.
* Previous experience as a Workday Integration Consultant (or similar).
* Proficiency with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
* Strong understanding of web services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLT, and APIs.
* Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
