We are currently seeking highly-motivated Service Coordinator to join our team in Meath Adult Services based in Bailis.
Contract Type: Permanent Part-time Contract Hours 21 hours per week Salary Scale: €49,763 to €59,454 pro rata per annum.
Salary scales are subject to LSI's (Long Service Increments) This pay scale is subject to increases in 2025 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations Annual Leave Entitlement: 31 days pro rata per annum and proportionately less for less than 12 months service Overview of the Post: Enable Ireland in partnership with the HSE provide a support service to people with disabilities in independent living arrangements in Navan, Co. Meath.
The service also supports a small number of individuals in their family home.
Supports are provided in the home and in other community settings as required e.g.
attending therapy and medical appointments.
The post holder will have responsibility to manage and co-ordinate the delivery of the support services.
This includes managing a team of staff to deliver the service on a 24/7 basis.
Overview of Duties & Responsibilities: Please see Job Description for full list The successful candidate will have Essential Criteria: Third level qualification in Social Care, Nursing or equivalent relevant qualification Experience working with adults with a disability.
Management/coordination experience including managing people and staff support and supervision.
Experience of leading a Team Experience of Care Plan compilation and review Previous experience managing resources.
Eligible to be registered with CORU (Health & Social Care Professional or Register of Nurses and Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (Bord Altranais agus Cnimhseachais na hireann).
Confirm annual registration with CORU or NMBI to Enable Ireland Eligible to work in the state Fluency in English Be available for an immediate start Valid driving licence for within the state / jurisdiction with access to own transport Desirable Criteria: Management skills training.
Training in the area of Health & Safety and/or Risk Assessment Previous administration/ management experience.
Experience of conducting risk assessments.
