The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of success in inbound and outbound sales. They will be a hunter and a closer, able to use their initiative and creativity to achieve goals.

Other key requirements include experience working with HR SaaS, accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up environment. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to work remotely and autonomously, with a strong interest in the technology sector.

Key responsibilities will include prospecting, initiating and nurturing business relationships, preparing and presenting product demonstrations, performing outbound activities to build revenue pipeline, targeting key decision-makers, and capturing and managing information/data/metrics in our CRM system. Additionally, the role will involve attending trade shows, events and conferences, networking with market influencers, consultants and partners.
