Your new company As Administrator, you will join a public sector body that operates public transport in Ireland. Your new office is located in Dublin City and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on a 12-month assignment with a view to extension. Your new role Your duties will include, but are not limited to, administrative support for the Building & Facilities department; creating purchase orders; invoice processing; database management; filing and any ad-hoc duties that fall into your new role. This is a great opportunity for you to gain invaluable experience within a reputable public sector body. What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative role. You will have experience working with SAP MM, including but not limited to the processing of purchase orders, requisitions, invoice processing, statement reconciliation, and auditing activities. Experience working within an ISO 9001-certified quality management system or equivalent is essential. Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel and SharePoint are required. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external service providers. With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar environment with proficient administrative and organisational skills, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
