Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Senior Environmental Health & Safety Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with extensive experience in health and safety management to take on a key role within the company.
As a Senior Environmental Health & Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective health and safety policies and procedures across the organization. This includes conducting risk assessments, preparing method statements, and coordinating site inspections and corrective measures.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that health and safety standards are consistently met and exceeded. Your expertise and guidance will play a crucial role in shaping the organization's health and safety culture and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex health and safety projects, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to motivate and lead teams, build relationships with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Third-level education in Health and Safety or a related discipline
* Minimum 6 years' experience in health and safety management, preferably within a main contractor environment
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001
* Ability to deliver training modules and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
* Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
* Highly motivated and self-driven, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
