Key Responsibilities Manage the flow of work from quotation through to job completion.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and approvals on estimates.
Maintain a strong pipeline of work and ensure profitability on all jobs.
Coordinate with the Workshop Supervisor and other departments to achieve high efficiency.
Ensure operational processes, KPIs, and health & safety standards are met.
Contribute to continuous improvement and support training initiatives across the team.
Candidate Profile Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
Problem-solving ability and confidence in making decisions.
Mechanical/technical background in vehicles, trailers, or plant equipment (advantageous).
