We are seeking a seasoned engineering professional to spearhead our mechanical design and development initiatives in Ireland.
* Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and advancement of our engineering team

Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering; Master's degree preferred
* A minimum of 9 years' experience in mechanical design or systems engineering
* At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
* Demonstrated expertise in aerospace, automotive, or other safety-critical industries
* Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.)
* Familiarity with design validation tools (FEA, CFD)
