About the Role: Due to continued business growth, our client is expanding their production team.
The Production Assistant will support the Production Manager with day-to-day operations and play a key role in ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities: Support the Production Manager in daily tasks such as inventory management, transport logistics, and quality control Assist with procurement activities: sourcing prices, checking costs, and stock control Perform quality checks and maintain quality standards Complete small cutting jobs and assemble fixings Maintain machinery safety check sheets Control timesheet documentation Conduct audits of job folders in line with ISO standards Criteria: Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths Strong organisational skills and a results-driven mindset Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn Salary & Benefits: £26,000 £28,000, depending on experience As an employee-owned trust, you'll also have a direct stake in the company's success, ensuring your hard work and dedication are rewarded.
