Technical Lead for Innovation and Development
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive projects from concept phase to commercialization.
* Lead technical development, focusing on design, technology advancement, automation, and project management.
* Develop and implement manufacturing technology innovation strategies.
* Manage projects through all phases, from concept to delivery.
* Assess risks and resolve technical challenges related to existing processes and technologies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience. They must be a proven expert in equipment and process development, with a strong track record in innovation and project/program management.
