Job Title: Financial Services Assurance Professional
Northern Trust is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Assurance Professional to join our Global Strategic Remediation Oversight and Governance team. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in designing and executing remediation quality control/validation testing plans.
The successful candidate will bring proven expertise in financial services assurance and validation testing activities. You will contribute to the design and execution of significant remediation quality control/validation testing plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations.
This role requires strong initiative, project management, people skills, sound decision-making, analytical and intuitive mind-sets, political awareness, and sensitivity to cultural diversity. You will work closely with senior management across Northern Trust, using your technical ability in the execution of remediation quality control/validation testing plans.
The key responsibilities of this role include leadership, technical/operational, and working with us sections:
* Leadership: Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership to influence a wide range of stakeholders. Display strong initiative, project management, people skills, sound decision-making, analytical and intuitive thinking, and sensitivity to cultural diversity.
* Technical/Operational: Establish and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders. Accurately design and execute the quality control/validation approach and ensure that quality control/validation documentation is clear, concise, supports the reviews performed, and explains decisions made.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will benefit from having several years of experience in financial services, with 5+ years of testing experience in a financial institution or similar consultancy experience in the financial services industry. You should also possess superior analytical and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, multitask, and communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.
