Key Responsibilities:
* Exam & Programme Administration: Coordinate exam processes, review exam papers, manage course completions, and maintain accurate student records.
* Student Support: Serve as primary contact for student queries via phone, email, and live chat, providing clear guidance on courses and supporting students during peak periods.
* Content & Quality Assurance: Review educational materials, update learning resources, and collaborate with academic staff to ensure fair assessments.
* Stakeholder & Event Coordination: Liaise with academic partners, organise events, and assist in producing educational content.
