Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position based in Sligo for a Trainee Manager. The Trainee Manager will assist in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards across departments. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, monitoring store performance, and implementing strategies.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in a retail environment is desirable but not essential.Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take on responsibility.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.Basic organisational and problem - solving skills.Customer focused attitude.
