Job Summary
This position is responsible for the end-to-end management of payroll operations. The successful candidate will ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time, in compliance with relevant legislation including PAYE, PRSI and USC.
The role involves processing payments, administering pensions and benefits, preparing reports and supporting HR and Finance departments with payroll data.
* The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll processing ideally within manufacturing or production environments.
* A recognised qualification such as IPASS would be an advantage however it's not essential for this role
* Familiarity with Excel software particularly Collsoft skills although this isn't necessary but preferred to those who have it. This individual must also possess strong communication organisational abilities to maintain confidentiality accurate records & work efficiently under pressure.
