Vehicle Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vehicle Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires effective time management, prioritisation of tasks, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure efficient fleet operations by managing vehicle movements, scheduling, and coordination.
* Clean and prepare vehicles for rental, ensuring they meet high standards of cleanliness and safety.
* Perform pre- and post-rental inspections to guarantee vehicles meet company requirements.
* Audit the quality of vehicles both inside and outside to maintain exceptional standards.
* Install and remove trackers, activate and deactivate tracking devices as required.
* Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
* Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and prioritise tasks.
* Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanour at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Full clean B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years essential.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong ability to multi-task and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communications skills - both written and verbal.
