The TMCI Graduate Programme is a two-year structured journey designed to immerse graduates in all aspects of the meat industry and develop their skills across a range of disciplines.
The first year focuses on gaining experience in various business areas while the second year lets the candidate focus on one specific area of interest.
Graduates will be challenged to drive forward initiatives, represent TMCI at international food fairs, and embrace new opportunities.
