We're looking for a
Remote IT Technician
to join our global team — providing technical support, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations across our organization.
What You'll Do:
* Provide remote technical support via email, chat, or phone
* Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues
* Install, configure, and maintain systems, applications, and devices
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employee accounts and IT equipment
* Monitor and maintain IT system performance and security
* Document issues, solutions, and procedures
* Collaborate with other IT teams on larger projects
What We're Looking For:
* 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration
* Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common enterprise applications
* Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
* Basic understanding of networking (VPN, DNS, firewalls, etc.)
* Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
* Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus
