HR Generalist Role
We are seeking a skilled HR professional to provide guidance and support to employees and management on various HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Offer strategic HR advice and support to employees and management
* Collaborate with managers to ensure the consistent application of company policies and procedures
* Partner with HRBPs and stakeholders on diverse projects
* Ensure Employee Relations processes are followed effectively
* Support annual Compensation and Benefits initiatives
Requirements:
* 4+ years of prior HR experience in a fast-paced organisation
* HR/CIPD qualification required for this position
* Knowledge of Workday is advantageous
* A self-starter/self-motivated individual with experience making informed decisions
* A confident communicator comfortable challenging when required
