The role
We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a well-established business in the construction sector. Due to continued growth, an experienced Internal Sales Representative is sought to join a dynamic and customer-focused team.
The Role
Manage customer enquiries and prepare quotations
Follow up on opportunities and convert quotations into sales
Process orders and coordinate deliveries
Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities for growth
Support project quotations, tenders, and external sales activities
Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver excellent customer service
About You
Previous experience in internal sales, trade sales, or sales administration
Knowledge of construction products, building materials, or merchanting is highly desirable
Strong communication and relationship-building skill
Commercially aware, organised, and customer-focused
