Job Summary:
* Lead a construction project team with at least 5 years' experience as an Operations Director for a main contractor.
* Oversee projects to tight deadlines and high standards, including health and safety protocols.
* Candidates with engineering or trades backgrounds are considered.
* Coordinate subcontractors, control programmes, and prepare comprehensive reports.
* Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and be familiar with current Health and Safety Construction regulations.
