Our client, a leading manufacturer in the food industry, seeks an experienced leader to oversee daily operations and manage a team of production staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives
* Coordinate activities including machine operation, production processing, packaging and sorting
* Lead and direct members of the production department
* E nsure adherence to safety protocols and procedures
* Oversee daily operations to meet specific goals and objectives
* Manage work schedules and staffing requirements
* Plan production sequences to optimize productivity
* Assess and evaluate team member performance
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience as Team Leader / Supervisor in a food production environment
* Excellent people management and communication skills
* Flexibility to work variable hours including overtime during peak periods
