#SETUW Vacancy ID: - Assistant Buildings Officer (Mechanical & Electrical Services) Contract: Specified Purpose Contract up to 31 March 2028 Salary: The gross salary applicable to the post is €59843 - €78,872 p.a. (as at 01/08/2025) The Assistant Buildings Officer will support the Estates Manager and Senior Technical Officers in delivering a wide range of technical and administrative functions essential to the effective operation, maintenance, and development of the university's built environment.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of facilities management systems and documentation across the SETU Waterford Campus.
The appointee will report to and assist the Estates & Facilities Manager in all aspects relating to the management of SETU's facilities services, including rented accommodation and infrastructure.
