We deliver reliable, high-quality project solutions through a strong focus on technical excellence, collaboration, and long-term partnerships.Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Health & Safety Advisor to join our growing team in Naas. The successful candidate will support the implementation of DECI's Health & Safety Management System and help promote a positive safety culture across our projects. This role will be based in our Naas office, with travel to project sites throughout Europe as required. All travel-related costs, including flights, accommodation, and expenses, will be fully covered by the company.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of DECI's Health & Safety Management System.Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments under the guidance of senior HSE personnel.Assist in maintaining compliance with local regulations and company safety standards.Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety briefings to employees and subcontractors.Support the investigation of incidents and the preparation of reports and corrective actions.Maintain safety documentation, records, and reports.Promote awareness of safe work practices across all DECI projects and offices.RequirementsDegree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline.Relevant certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a construction, engineering, or commissioning environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility to travel to project sites across Europe as required.Proficiency in MS Office and safety reporting tools.Why Join DECI LtdExposure to large-scale, mission-critical projects across Europe.Opportunity to grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.Competitive salary and fully covered travel expenses.Focus on professional development and long-term career progression.Job Type: Full-timePay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per yearBenefits:Free or subsidised travelOn-site parkingSick payWork Location: In person
