Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting: Assist in the creation of detailed financial reports, offering valuable insights for senior management to guide strategic decision-making
- Liquidity Management: Monitor cash flows, ensuring efficient fund management and the timely fulfilment of financial commitments
- Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and submit regular regulatory returns to the Central Bank of Ireland, ensuring strict compliance with all regulations
- Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing internal processes and ensuring compliance with group policies and procedures
- Dashboard Reporting: Collaborate with the Finance team to design and implement dashboards that provide real-time performance insights into both the company and its funds
- Fund Expense Oversight: Review and validate fund charge calculations, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulations such as UCITS KIID/PRIIPs KID

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: At least 2 years' experience in a finance role, ideally within financial services or asset management
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI; experience with financial modelling and data analysis is advantageous
- Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Organisational Skills: Excellent ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Initiative: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, while also thriving in a collaborative team setting
- Education: A relevant degree or professional qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field is desirable
