We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Systems Administrator to support our business units at Sisk.
This role will play a key part in maintaining and developing the business's use of key systems—specifically CRM, Resource Planning, and Strategy tools—ensuring data quality, user engagement, insights reporting, and best practices across the team.
Responsibilities
1. Act as a key point of contact for the use of CRM, Resource Planning, and Strategy applications.
2. Monitor daily system usage, ensure data accuracy, and adherence to processes aligned with business needs.
3. Collaborate with system owners to identify improvement opportunities, new functionalities, and reporting enhancements. Support the lead systems administrator.
4. Maintain up-to-date and accurate CRM records through proactive data cleansing and stakeholder engagement.
5. Hold regular check-ins with senior leaders to ensure timely updates of contact, project, opportunity, and stakeholder records.
6. Identify and resolve data gaps, duplications, or inconsistencies using established protocols.
7. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership using CRM reporting tools.
8. Translate data into actionable insights and clear summaries for decision-making.
9. Respond to ad-hoc data requests and reporting needs from leadership.
10. Provide day-to-day CRM support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate bugs when necessary.
11. Ensure adherence to CRM and data governance protocols.
12. Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows.
13. Deliver training and onboarding for new CRM users.
14. Create and maintain user guides, quick-reference materials, and best practice documentation.
Minimum Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience in systems administration, CRM support, data management, or business analysis.
* Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
* Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel (advanced), SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a passion for data integrity.
* Excellent communication skills for engaging users at all levels.
* Ability to translate technical insights into business updates.
Preferred qualifications include experience in construction or engineering environments, familiarity with business planning or resource management tools, and CRM dashboard creation skills. Certifications in business administration or CRM training are advantageous.
