Key Responsibilities: Drive sales performance by maximising profitability, achieving KPIs, and controlling costs. Deliver consistent implementation of company policies, standards, and procedures in-store. Lead your team through excellent product knowledge and outstanding customer service. Inspire, coach, and develop your team to reach both professional and personal goals. Monitor and analyse departmental performance, introducing action plans where required. Build and maintain effective relationships with head office teams and external partners. Ensure visual merchandising standards reflect the company vision and seasonal plans. Oversee scheduling and payroll management, ensuring efficiency and cost control. Skills & Experience: 3-4+ years' fashion management experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Proven ability to manage and motivate teams of 15-20+ people. A passionate and inspirational leader with a positive, hands-on approach. Previous experience managing turnovers of €3m+. Strong commercial awareness with proven operational management expertise.
